Marketing for music teachers who are done chasing trends.

Learn how to get found and market your music business without burning out.

Most universities don't teach "Marketing for Music Teachers 101"

And when you DO search for advice, what you find is often overwhelming or made for Instagram influencers, not a highly trained music educator such as yourself.

That leads to...
  • Confusion about where to start
  • Pressure to perform (ala TikTok dances)
  • Advice that sounds good on paper, but doesn’t actually work
No wonder it’s hard to figure out!

I love that you take these big, important topics and make them super approachable, not only in terms of content but also in the way you've formatted each module. The short videos make it easy to get started on a module or to do just a little bit each day/week.

I truly appreciate the Q&As, too, because they hold me accountable and offer me deadlines to self-reflect and evaluate. And learning with and from others is awesome. You've created a low-commitment, high-impact way of engaging with all this material. I'm seriously enjoying this library!

I love the monthly Zoom meetings with Sara and other music studio owners. These meetings are a great way to get my questions answered, meet other studio owners and have fun!

I love the short, easily followable videos-I can play them and then pause, go do the thing you told me to do, and move on to the next. It takes the guesswork out.

I went through and made all the changes and my website immediately went from coming up as number 10 in my area to number 8. I know that it often takes awhile to move up in the google ranking, but to see immediate results was very satisfying!

Sara is always so positive and very inspiring. I've already implemented some things on my FB business page and I'm thrilled with the changes and I've gotten great feedback on them. Time and money well spent!

Meet your "librarian"

These were my favorite glasses. (See how well they match my logo?) Sadly, they are not the right prescription anymore. LE SIGH.

Hey — I’m Sara Campbell. I’m a business and marketing coach for independent music teachers, and I’ve spent the last decade helping studio owners build sustainable businesses they actually enjoy running.

Before that? I was in the trenches just like you — running a full private studio, juggling recitals and registration, trying to figure out how to market my business without sounding weird. (Pssst…I still teach today!)

This Library is a collection of the tools, strategies, and real talk I wish I had when I was trying to grow a business between lessons, lesson planning, and remembering to water my 40+ houseplants.

I live in Pennsylvania with my husband and our three very opinionated cats, and I believe good marketing should support your life — not take over it!!

But wait, I have questions!
(OH GOOD! 'Cause we have answers.)

You don’t need to know how to code, but if words like “browser,” “dashboard,” or “copy/paste” make you break into a cold sweat… this might not be for you. Some modules (like SEO) dig into the tech a bit more — but everything’s broken down step-by-step, with plain language and zero jargon.

Once you sign up, you’ll get instant access to a private member dashboard. Everything’s hosted online in a clean, easy-to-use platform — no endless email digging or folder chaos required.

(We use Thrivecart Learn+ to house our course content for those who are curious!)

Great — you’re exactly who this was built for. This isn’t marketing for influencers. It’s marketing for teachers who want to run a solid business without selling their soul. THAT SAID: if you are literally allergic to marketing and will resist doing anything to put your business (and yourself) out there, then this probably isn’t going to be your thing.

No — because this isn’t just a “what to post” plan. The Library goes way beyond social content. It’s designed to help you understand how real marketing works for music teachers: what actually gets students in the door, how people find you online, and how to build a reputation that does the heavy lifting for you.

Social media is just one piece of that puzzle. And we’ll teach you how to use it strategically, not performatively.

Yep. You’re not yelling into the void. We’ve got monthly office hours to help you get unstuck without overcomplicating things. And you can email me if you need to. ‘Cause here’s a real human behind this (hi, I’m Sara 👋).

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal (you’ll get access to that right after signing up). Or, if you need help, just shoot us an email and we’ll take care of it — no weird hoops, no guilt trip.

Because this is a digital subscription with immediate access to downloadable tools and trainings, we don’t offer refunds. But you can cancel anytime, and you’ll keep access through the end of your billing period.

Let’s stop pretending a few Instagram posts are going to fix your marketing.

Marketing requires more than just some fancy looking videos or nicely worded posts. If you REALLY want to bring in more of the right clients, you need strategies that takes you beyond social media influencer advice.

SO… whether you’re rebuilding your rosters, growing your waitlist, or just sick of throwing spaghetti at the online algorithms, this resource is literally built is for you!

$29/month or $290/year — cancel anytime. We’ll be here when you’re ready.

This course has given me lots of information and tips on how to improve what I'm already doing, but is also clear enough that it would work for someone who's new to setting up a FB page. I love that Sara is so supportive and encouraging and her tutorial videos are really clear and easy to follow.

The simplicity and organization of the course breaks everything down into manageable bite sized bits! I've already told a couple of friends about it.
