Acuity: We use this tool for scheduling 1:1 client calls and accepting payments for these calls. This integrates with Stripe, our secure payment processor. Check out Acuity’s privacy policy for more details.
ThriveCart: We use this tool for housing course content, creating checkouts, and managing subscriptions. This integrates with Stripe for our for Bravepants Branding and our Music Teacher Marketing Library subscriptions. They collect names, emails, and payment details securely. Stripe: Stripe is our secure payment processor. It integrates directly with Acuity (our scheduling software) and Thrivecart (our checkout, subscription, and course housing software). A purchaser’s name, geo information, email, billing address, is shared with Stripe during the billing process, but we do not share that information with any other third party. Stripe may securely share the purchaser’s information with third party security and risk providers during the payment process to provide real-time fraud protection. This is to protect, the consumer (purchaser) and we do not have access to that information or any input on decisions made to authorize a payment.
Sharing Your Information
We don’t sell, trade, or rent your personal info for marketing without your consent. We share data only with:
Service Providers: Tools like ThriveCart, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) that help us run our business. These providers are bound by strict agreements to protect your data.
